While these insomnia medicines can provide temporary relief, they should not be considered as a long term insomnia cure.
There are a lot of over the counter insomnia products for mild sleep disorders. These sleep aids generally have been approved by the FDA. Those that have not such as herbal remedies should be taken only after a consultation with your doctor.
Studies have shown that behavioral and lifestyle changes would make a more lasting difference to insomnia.
